Refund policy

Every Lilla Frö hat is handmade, so I want you to love it.

Returns
You can return any ready-made hat within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Hats must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with the label attached. Please get in touch through the contact form before sending anything back. Return postage is paid by you, and I recommend a tracked service.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been checked, I will refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping costs are refunded only if you return your whole order.

Commissions
Commissioned hats are made to your specification, so they cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty or damaged items
If your hat arrives damaged or faulty, get in touch within 14 days of delivery with a photo and I will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including postage.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
