Lilla Frö means “little seed” in Swedish.
I am a lifelong knitter, Scandinavian born and London based. Expecting my first baby sent my knitting in a new direction: tiny hats in the softest cashmere, inspired by the classic styles I grew up with.
Every Lilla Frö hat is handmade by me alone, knitted one at a time, so each piece is one of a kind. That also means stock is limited: I add new hats to the shop whenever a new batch is ready.
Each hat has a Lilla Frö label, stitched on once you order. It is easy to remove if you prefer your hat without one.
Sizes
Each hat is made in one of two standard sizes, and every listing shows which size that hat is:
- Up to 6 months: approx. 16.5–18.5 cm wide, laid flat
- Up to 1 year: approx. 19–21 cm wide, laid flat
Cashmere is soft and naturally stretchy, so each hat stretches gently to fit. Need another size? See commissions below.
